Our team consists of experienced Building Consultants, backgrounds in various residential projects. We combine our expertise to manage the start-to-end approval process for residential projects. This includes New Homes, Renovations, Additions, Granny Flats and Duplex’s. .
What We Do
- Choosing the best path of obtaining your Building Approval.
- Coordinate & submit applications via NSW Planning Portal.
- Review architectural plans and supporting documents to ensure these documents will be accepted by Authorise to assess.
- Liaise with Certifiers, Local Council departments. track application status & respond to comments or requests.
- Update you with issues with to building codes & permit regulations.
- Liaise with architects, Certifiers & engineers to gather / clarify documentation as needed.
- Resolve Approval issues, rejections, and revisions in a timely manner to keep projects on schedule.
- Obtain permits such as Sydney Water Approval, Section 138, Tree Removal Permits and Driveway approvals etc.
